Meet The Chef
Most people know me by Nija but let me reintroduce myself….. My name is Chef Nija. I never imagined myself being a Chef but God had other plans. In 2020 the world shut down and Totally Diva Crabs was birth! I always loved to cook and I decided to make this my career since I was so drawn to it. I quickly understood that LOVE is one of the top ingredients along with quality. I know there was more to food and I wanted to give my clients the best so I enrolled as a Culinary student at Auguste Escoffier, where I learned so many other tools that would equip me to serve with excellence.

Tardiness Policy
Event Space Access and Arrangements:
Event Staffing
Designated Time for arrival is discussed based on catering needs. Typically 2-4 hours prior for catering setup. Upon arrival, our team will notify the customer 30 mins before. It is imperative that the work space is clean and clear of anything that may hinder direct setup. Additional fees may apply if area is not clear. If we are unable to access designated area because of tardiness more than 30 mins, additional fees may apply. If there is a sudden change in location,additional fees will apply. Tardiness over 1 hour, the order is cancelled immediately and there will be NO REFUND or any accommodation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the main doors and loading dock are clear to allow timely access to the event space. Please ensure that building and room access is granted 30 minutes prior to delivery, and 2-4 hours prior for staffed events and setups. For any deliveries to outdoor or public areas, please ensure that the client or a representative be present prior to the event and during the event.
Service needs for your event will be determined by Catering Services based on the menu, service style, group size, and venue. The service staff rate is starting at $75 per hour for a minimum of four hours.
